What started as a funny idea has turned into a full blown event! Bunnings is hosting a carpark rave at their Preston store at the end of this month (August 31st) with Peking Duk, WhatSoNot, NayNay and Bunnings team member Lottie performing. That’s one hell of a line up!

Music Producer Kaila could not have foreseen this actually taking off, after posting a TikTok video with the caption “Petition to host a massive rave in Bunnings Warehouse” with a remix of the store’s jingle.

“If you told me at the beginning of the year that this TikTok I posted would have led to the actual rave at Bunnings Warehouse, I would have said there is absolutely no way,” he said on Thursday.

Bunnings Warehouse said all money raised will be donated.

“Bunnings has loved seeing all Aussie music lovers across the country share their enthusiasm for a rave to support local music acts,” the hardware retailer said.

“The warehouse party is all about bringing together music fans at a ticketed, community event with all funds raised donated to Support Act, a not-for-profit organisation that provides crisis relief, mental health and wellbeing support to people in the music industry.”

The alcohol-free event will be held at Preston store, on the 31st of August. Pop the below in your calendar:
