Robert and James Farnham have shared a beautiful post on social media in time for Cancer Council Daffodil Day, August 22nd. John Farnham was diagnosed with cancer two years ago, so the day holds a lot of emotions for the pair, and the family alike.
“Our father was diagnosed with cancer two years ago… Our Dad wouldn’t be here without cancer research and that’s why days like Daffodil Day are important,” Rob shared in a social media post.
“The last couple of years have been difficult on our family.
“So it started off as an ulcer inside his mouth and, we found out it was cancer. It was a pretty brutal time for us all.”
“This Daffodil Day, for everything that cancer takes, please give.”
