In our minds the karate kid is still 17 years old… So seeing THE karate kid come up on stage was a shock, but for so so many reasons. If you were at the concert last night, you would have witnessed one of the most magical moments, and if you weren’t, don’t worry – our boss caught it all on camera for you! If you haven’t already scrolled to the bottom of the screen so fast you’ve given yourself friction burn, basically Chris Martin starts explaining the song Karate Kid. It sounds like general between-song chit chat, as Chris slowly starts dropping hints, the crowd starts catching on – but there’s no way THE karate kid is in Melbourne, right?? Not only is he in Melbourne, AT the Coldplay concert, he is performing Karate Kid live for the crowd. What an absolute treat!
