After a chance encounter this week with the world-renowned comedian Michael McIntyre, Patsy shared her story of a run-in with one of the most recognisable faces in Australian televison.

Patsy recalled that in her younger days as a journalist she ran into an Aussie TV veteran at an events at Arts Centre Melbourne, describing this award-winning actor as “not pleasant” and “grumpy” in his demeanour.

After Patsy approached him to offer that she was a ‘big fan of his work’, he replied with a curt, “yeah right-eo” and Patsy wonders to this day whether her approach could be interpreted as an invasion of privacy.
